Revised Returns & Refunds Policy (updated)
Summary of changes: refunds are not offered for ordinary returns (change of mind), exchanges or store credit will be provided instead. Full refunds will be issued only when the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. We comply with the European Union 14-day cooling-off right (see below).

Returns — 30-day policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label (when applicable) and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Refunds — important
Refunds are not available for ordinary returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size, or preference). For accepted ordinary returns we will issue an exchange or store credit (your choice), subject to the item meeting the return eligibility criteria above.
Full refunds will be issued if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong item. In these cases we will process a full refund to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at storevai25@gmail.com.
Note on repairs/replacements: Where practical, for defective items we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at storevai25@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged/defective items we will cover return shipping and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.

Exceptions — non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items (special orders)
Personal care items (opened beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards (unless required by law)

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unwanted item (following the return process above) and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item, or request to receive an exchange if stock allows.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason (no justification required). This EU right overrides the “no refund for change of mind” rule above — where the EU cooling-off right applies, we will comply and issue refunds in accordance with EU law (subject to the returned item being in the required condition).
